Refunds

To start a return, click here.

Once we receive your returned item, we’ll notify you and confirm whether your refund request has been approved. If approved, we’ll process your refund and apply a credit to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Restocking Fees
A standard restocking fee of 15% will apply to all returns unless stated otherwise prior to purchase. Manufactured and special-order items may have a higher restocking fee or be non-returnable. 

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please:

  1. Double-check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company; some refunds take time to post.
  3. Reach out to your bank, as processing times may vary.
    If you’ve completed these steps and still haven’t received your refund, email us at accounting@aztechydraulics.com.

Returns
Items can be returned within 30 days of purchase if they meet the following criteria:

  • Uninstalled and unused.
  • In the same condition as received.
  • In the original packaging.

Overstock Items
Overstock items are final sale and not eligible for refunds. Refunds apply only to regular or sale-priced items.

Exchanges
We replace items if they are defective or damaged. We can also exchange products they are ordered incorrectly with the correct product. Start an exchange here.

Free Returns is an optional add-on available at checkout that provides free return shipping labels for exchanges and refunds. 

Free Returns cannot be cancelled or refunded after purchase and will not be included in store credit or refund amounts. It also cannot be added to an order after it has been placed.

If Checkout+ was not selected at checkout, you are responsible for your return shipping label costs.
