*A core return form must be included with the core being returned for proper identification - failure to include may delay the core inspection and credit processing.

*Cores must be returned within 90 days of shipping to be eligible for full credit. Cores received after 90 days may still be eligible for a partial core credit.

*Cores must be complete and assembled when returned, otherwise deductions may apply for missing components and/or additional labour to assemble for initial testing.

*There may be possible core credit reductions based on the condition of the core. 

*Cores must be in rebuildable condition, otherwise the cost of replacement for parts or the full assembly will be deducted from the core credit up to the full amount.

*Core charges are to be paid in full until core is returned. Return freight charges are the responsibility of the sender. All collect shipments will be refused or charged back. Incorrect items will be returned at the sender's expense.
