A Core Charge is a refundable deposit that we collect when you purchase one of our rebuilt items. This charge is intended to encourage the return of the old or original part (referred to as the "core") that was replaced by the rebuilt component. The core is an essential part of the rebuilding process, as it allows us to continue offering high-quality rebuilt items to our customers.

Purchase of Rebuilt Item: When you purchase a rebuilt item from us, you pay the listed price along with the Core Charge.
Core Return: After receiving your rebuilt item, you have the option to return the core (the old or original part) to us within a specified timeframe. The core must be in a rebuildable condition, free from excessive damage or wear.
Core Inspection: We will inspect the returned core to ensure it meets our rebuildable standards. If the core is in acceptable condition, we will refund the Core Charge to your original payment method.
Failure to Return the Core: If you choose not to return the core or if the core is not in rebuildable condition, the Core Charge is retained to cover the cost of sourcing and rebuilding cores for future customers.
The Core Charge is designed to promote sustainability and the recycling of components, reducing waste and environmental impact. It also helps keep the cost of rebuilt items competitive by allowing us to continue the rebuilding process.
