Returns Policy

Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we’ll notify you and confirm whether your refund request has been approved. If approved, we’ll process your refund and apply a credit to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Restocking Fees
A standard restocking fee of 15% will apply to all returns unless stated otherwise prior to purchase. Manufactured and special-order items may have a higher restocking fee or be non-returnable.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please:

Double-check your bank account.
Contact your credit card company; some refunds take time to post.
Reach out to your bank, as processing times may vary.
If you’ve completed these steps and still haven’t received your refund, email us at accounting@aztechydraulics.com.

Returns
Items can be returned within 30 days of purchase if they meet the following criteria:

Uninstalled and unused.
In the same condition as received.
In the original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase and a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) Number are required. Contact us to obtain an RMA Number before sending back your item. Returns without an RMA Number will not be accepted.

Overstock Items
Overstock items are final sale and not eligible for refunds. Refunds apply only to regular or sale-priced items.

Exchanges
We replace items if they are defective or damaged. We can also exchange products they are ordered incorrectly with the correct product. For exchanges, email us at newparts@aztechydraulics.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) Number and arrange for a replacement product.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.

Shipping times for exchanges may vary based on your location. For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
