Shipping policy

1. While Aztec Hydraulics Inc. strives to maintain a same-day time-to-ship it makes no guarantees and will accept no liability, nor honor any claim towards remunerative action stemming from a longer than average time-to-ship. (Time-to-ship refers to the time period between the order placement and the handing of the product over to the carrier for transport.)

2. Aztec Hydraulics Inc. will ship to any physical address in the United States - it will not ship to P.O. Boxes and may, in some cases, not ship to customers outside of the United States. Packages may require a signature of receipt confirmation therefore timely delivery depends on customers being available to receive packages at the specified delivery address.

3. Every item shipped from Aztec Hydraulics Inc. is insured up to the posted purchase price of the item. It is the responsibility of Aztec Hydraulics Inc. to pursue any claim with the delivery carrier. Please note that this is only applicable to the original shipment from Aztec Hydraulics Inc. to the customer and not for subsequent shipments for returns or repair or shipments originating from a third-party seller or fulfiller on behalf of Aztec Hydraulics Inc. 

4. The preferred carrier for Aztec Hydraulics Inc. is FedEx (Federal Express, FedEx Ground & FedEx Freight). All shipping will be completed through these carriers unless otherwise stated. Aztec Hydraulics Inc., expressly, does not ship via UPS (United Parcel Service). Shipping prices may vary according to the carrier, the type of item, the weight of the item, where the item is being delivered and the value of the item being shipped. Aztec Hydraulics Inc. guarantees that the shipping cost will be accurately documented for each purchase at the time of purchase and will not change after the purchase. All disputes over shipping charges may be directed to accounting@aztechydraulics.com and must reference the order number for the disputed shipment. 

5. All build and ship times are counted in business days only and correspond with those of our preferred carrier. Aztec Hydraulics Inc. honors all holidays observed  by our preferred carrier and follows a Monday-Friday workweek. All orders placed on a weekend will be fulfilled the following business day. Aztec Hydraulics Inc. does not guarantee shipments being delivered over the weekend or after business hours.
