Merger and Formation of UniCarriers (2013): In 2013, Nissan Forklift merged with TCM Corporation, another major Japanese forklift manufacturer. The resulting entity, UniCarriers Corporation, brought together the expertise and resources of both companies to create a stronger player in the material handling industry.

Today, UniCarriers Corporation continues to carry on the legacy of Nissan Forklift by offering a wide range of material handling solutions, including internal combustion and electric forklifts, pallet trucks, and other specialized equipment.
